⏰ Late policy ⏰ You have a 10 minutes grace period to arrive to your appointment. If you do not arrive within the timeframe you will be charged 50% of the total service amount. 🚨Cancellation🚨 You have 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel within the timeframe you will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. The fee is 50% of the total service amount. 🚫📵 No call/ No show🚫📵 You will be charged 100% of the service fee. 🔴 Period 🔴 You may still receive a Brazilian/Bikini wax service if you are on your cycle as long as you are wearing a clean/fresh tampon or diva cup. If you are not comfortable receiving your service, we completely understand but the cancellation policy still applies. You can however reschedule and not be charged a fee. Rescheduling You can reschedule your appointment one time after one time you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. Communication goes a long way. Respect my time and I will do the same.
