Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy ⏰Late Arrivals⏰ You have a 10-minute grace period to arrive for your appointment. If you arrive after this window, service is not guaranteed. If time permits, your esthetician may still be able to accommodate you. However, if not, your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 50% of the total service amount. 🚫Cancellations🚫 Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total service amount. 🚨Reschedules🚨 You may reschedule your appointment at any time without a fee, unless it is less than 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a 50% last-minute rescheduling fee. If you need to change the time of your appointment but keep it on the same day, no fee will be applied. 24hrs before = NO fee 23hrs to time of appointment = 50% of service No Call / No Show Failure to show up to your appointment without any communication will result in a 100% charge of the service amount. 🔴On Your Cycle?🔴 You are welcome to receive a Brazilian or bikini service while on your menstrual cycle, as long as you are wearing a clean tampon or menstrual cup. If you choose not to proceed with your appointment, it will be considered a last-minute reschedule and subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. ⸻ Respect goes both ways.
